The Biological Fermentation/Pharmaceutical Intelligent Equipment Division focuses on engineering in the fields of biological fermentation systems, plant (traditional Chinese medicine) extraction, pharmaceutical engineering, natural food, energy conservation and environmental protection. Undertake EPC/EPCM service projects including formula research and development, process design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, intelligent control systems, equipment system integration, factory start-up and commissioning. Mature products: complete fermentation system equipment, evaporation and concentration equipment, sterilization and disinfection equipment, extraction equipment, separation equipment, extraction equipment, crystallization equipment, filtration equipment, sanitary container equipment and other products.
Wodi Intelligent provides comprehensive upstream and downstream core process solutions, including bioreactor/fermentation tank systems, culture medium preparation systems, instant disinfection systems, purification systems, buffer preparation and sterilization systems, as well as matching CIP station systems and clean utility distribution systems. Our design ensures minimal product loss, optimized CIP and SIP functionality, and ease of operation and maintenance. Risk based full process control ensures that the final process system risks are controllable and meet expectations. As a complete solution provider that includes upstream, downstream, and fermentation, we can help reduce cross construction interfaces, greatly improving project execution efficiency and overall project controllability.
Wodi Equipment focuses on technology research and development and owns all independent intellectual property rights.
